Doncare works in partnership with police, courts, schools, health services and community organisations to support individuals and families experiencing vulnerability.

A practitioner gathers information, assesses risk, and determines the client’s support needs.
The client is matched with the most appropriate service, based on their circumstances and level of need.
Referrals are directed to the relevant program, with follow-up to support engagement.
