Ellen Matusko
Chief Executive Officer

Ellen was appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2022.  She brings a wealth of expertise to Doncare with her sound business acumen as a Non-Executive Director, CEO and service delivery professional with extensive leadership and executive experience. Ellen understands service delivery in health within increasingly complex and diverse communities and implements and develops strategic and operational plans to meet organizational objectives and increase revenue. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with strong governance skills and experience, Ellen has been a Director of the Safe Futures Foundation, Irabina Autism and Behaviour Services and remains a Non-Executive Director at Baptcare Affordable Housing. She is a Member of the Melbourne Women’s Fund.  An innovative and visionary thinker, Ellen’s executive experience includes CEO of Safe Futures Foundation -Specialist Family Violence Services (now known as Refuge Victoria) and General Manager, Health Independence Programs (HIP) and Health and Rehabilitation at Austin Health.  Ellen was also the Program Manager Sub Acute Ambulatory and Post-Acute Services – Incorporating Rehabilitation in the Home and Outpatient Programs at Austin Health.

Chief Financial Officer

Nelika is a senior finance professional with over 20 years experience in accounting, financial management, equity research and business process improvement across multiple industries spanning manufacturing and financial services in the private sector and the NFP sector. She commenced her career at KPMG and progressed in the private and development sectors gaining experience in key aspects of business operations, human resources and management, holding leadership roles actively involved in strategy and planning in the Asia Pacific region.  Nelika is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), Chartered Global Management Accountant and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. She is passionate about using her skills in advancing the mandate of community development and not-for-profit organisations and joined Doncare in 2020.


Daniela PepeDaniela Pepe
Manager, Funded Services

Daniela joined Doncare’s Senior Leadership team in 2018.  She has a strong passion for vulnerable children and young people in our community and desires to facilitate positive change for them and their families. She has over 25 years experience as a social worker and project manager in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Family Services, and the Department of Education and Training.  From her experience in direct client services and project management, Daniela possesses a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of those most vulnerable in our community and the various system responses, with a particular interest in trauma-informed practice and relational approaches to responding and supporting children and families.  Daniela aims to drive positive experiences and outcomes for children, women and families engaging with our service and in the community.   


Daniela PepeMartine Corbett
Manager, Marketing, Communications and Business Systems

Martine has been with Doncare since 2016.  Her portfolio includes strategic marketing and communications; website management; retail operations; adminstration of Doncare’s Client Management System and IT, volunteer engagement and capacity building; event management and fundraising. Martine also produces Doncare’s Annual Report.
