 Each Christmas, Doncare
works closely with other service
providers to ensure that as many
families as possible receive
some Christmas cheer at this
special time of year.
Christmas Hampers and
non-perishable food are donated
to us by local service clubs,
churches, Girl Guides, interest
groups and individuals.
In 2011 Doncare had
decided to give families
supermarket gift cards to enable
our clients to make their
own choices about the food they
have for Christmas. Doncare
feels this practice is more in
line with Doncare's values of
respect and dignity. Cash
donations can be made securely
on line by clicking on the box
below or can be dropped off at
the office, along with gift
cards, toys and non perishable
food.

We have
toys donated via a Wishing Tree
at North Blackburn Shopping
Centre and at the Pines branch of The
Bank of Melbourne
Over
the years hundreds of hampers
and toys have gone out to
families who experience
difficulties at this time of
year.
